Breakfast today was steamed mixed vegetables and 2 Yukon gold potatoes. Yukon’s are so creamy. It’s like they’re made with cream cheese.

For lunch I had steamed broccoli and cauliflower with crispy hashbrowns and a little hot sauce.

In the afternoon I had tea with soy milk (not pictured). And on my way to Cycling I had 2 bananas.

Energy bites made with Oats, Flaxseed, Almond Butter, Raisins, Maple Syrup and Cinnamon fueled my ride tonight.

And after Cycling, I picked up another chopped salad from Doc Greens. This time with quinoa.
